We at Eyeline Trading respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. The Information Collected and How It is Used

We only collect, use, or disclose member’s personal information for legitimate business purposes. We collect the minimum personal information (such as your name, email address, phone number, billing address, or credit card information) necessary to authenticate and process your purchase; provide you with order fulfillment and support; send you communications related to your membership; and enable you to participate in special offers and other site features.

We may also use collected member information for research, auditing, and analysis to improve our website, products, and services.

A person must be 18 years or older to be an Eyeline Trading member.  We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.  If we learn that a child has submitted personal information to us, we will attempt to delete the information as soon as possible.

How We Protect Personal Information 

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential. When you purchase a membership or access your account, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases to be only accessed as stated above.

We will not share, lease, sell, or otherwise transfer your personal information to any outside parties for their independent use or benefit without first obtaining your permission.  However, we may release your personal information if we believe it is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights and safety.

If you close your account with Eyeline Trading, we will store archived copies of your personal information for legitimate business purposes and to comply with the law, except when we receive a valid erasure request.


How to Modify or Remove Your Information 

You can change or delete your personal data in our database via the "My Account" section of our site or contact Member Support directly and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping. Also, please note that due to email production schedules, you may receive some emails already in the queue.

Service Providers and Vendors

There are also times when we may need to make certain information about you available to third party serviced providers or vendors that perform work on our behalf on the products and services you purchased. These companies may help us process information, deliver products, provide customer service, manage member data, or conduct research. These companies are also obligated to protect your personal information in accordance with our stated policies, except if we inform you otherwise at the time of collection. 

Cookies, Click-Throughs, and Pixels

Like many websites, "cookies" may be used to enable our site or service provider's systems to recognize your internet browser and capture and remember certain information to facilitate your on-site activity or product purchase. In some of our email messages, we include a “click-through” URL link to content on the site. When someone clicks one of these URLs, they pass through our web servers before arriving at the destination. We may track this click-through data to help us measure member interest and response rates. If you prefer not to be tracked, simply avoid clicking text or graphic links in our email messages.

We may also use pixel tags (which are tiny graphic images) to tell us what parts of our website visitors have visited.

In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our site.  These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work).

While Eyeline Trading is a USA company and our websites are hosted in the United States, we provide services to individuals and our technology processes data from users around the world. As a result, we may transmit your personal information outside of the country, state, or province in which you are located. If you are accessing this website from any other country with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use, and disclosure that different from U.S. laws, be advised that through your use of this website – which is governed by U.S. law, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms & Conditions – you are transferring your personal information in the United States and you consent to that transfer. If you are an EU citizen, you have certain rights under European law regarding your personal data, including the right to request access to, correct, modify, remove, port to another service provider, or object to certain uses of your personal data.
